Goal Worth- Global Network Multiple Agency is a middleman whose prime responsibility is to bring offeror and offeree together. We furnish considerable market information regarding prices, products and general market conditions.
We do not work on continuous basis with our principals. We simply negotiate a sale and leave it up to the seller to accept or reject the buyers offer. But, we are willing to establish permanent relationships with our principals and perform activities which more accurately will classify us as manufacture agents, merchant brokers and /or commission merchants. We are classified as brokers in the census of business.

Objectives
1. Employment Agency Unit
Goal Worth is registered also with Zimbabwe Ministry Of Labour and Social Welfare, under the Labour Relation Employment Agency Regulations 1985 and Labour Act Chapter 28:01 as Global Network Recruitment Agency. Our Human Resources Staff are registered with the National Employment Council.
Functions
a) Procurement
This is our first operative function concerned with the obtaining of proper kind of Labour and number of personnel necessary to accomplish organizational goals. It deals specifically with such subjects as determination of human resources requirements, recruitment, selection and placement. Determining such requirements refers to both number and quality of personnel.
b) Staff Selection
This involves analysis of work to be done often called job analysis, studying of types of labor required and available, creating requisition systems e.t.c
c) Development
Development is about increasing skill, through training, that is necessary for proper job performance. This involves building the employee ego: shaping the employee’s mind set by availing information about challenges faced by companies due to economic hardships. This is done to avoid psychological conflict and enhance psychological contract between the employer and the employee.
d) Training
We offer Sales and Marketing motivational lessons and two weeks basic Sales and Marketing course in order to empower applicants with modern basic Sales skills

We send information to them by public transport distribution systems (fliers, brochures, and sticker’s e.t.c) to ensure every corner of the world is reached. And they send their applications to our nearest branch, or email/SMSs’ their C.V’s via mobile phone systems for us to download and post them to the employers.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Recruitment is a process of which takes at least two weeks and at most two months, especially in Zimbabwe where most people are no longer interested in working due to their love of quick cash, frustration resulting from economic hardships and over expectance resulting from economic hardships as well.
What about students for attachment?
Global Network is well connected with universities across the country. We help students to secure attachment placement in time. We also orient them before they are engaged (Introducing them to the business world). We teach them practical business ethics they cannot get at their learning institutes, such as dressing to match with the job, punctuality e.t.c.
Does Global Network represent employees when a labour dispute arises between the employer and the employee?
Certainly “NOT”. We are not a labour trade union. As soon as the two principals meet each other, the Agent falls out. Failure to deliver as anticipated does not affect the agent anyhow.

We are an independent business concern standing between producers (services providers) and consumers (end users). We render services in connection with purchases and or sales of products and services as they move from sellers to buyers. We do not take titles but we actively negotiate the transfer of the title. The essence of our operations is our prominent role in negotiations involving buying and selling of goods and services and typically perform more marketing services than any other type of middleman or Agents.
4. Mass Mobilization Agency Unit
We mobilize and recruit students or candidates for information and educational trainings, social and public events for the various programs availed by cooperates and different publics in and around Zimbabwe.
5. Rental Agency Unit
Our experienced staff managed to keep up the standard in providing efficient rentals services. We assist our clients in sourcing out office spaces for rentals spaces, business operations and residential spaces for occupation. We simply leave it up to the tenant to accept or reject the landlords offer.

Goal Worth- Global Network Recruitment Agency was formed in 2012 by a group of professionals from different countries who have vast knowledge and experience in Human Resource and marketing fields, who are also business minded and future oriented. Our Human Resources Personnel are approved as per Labour laws of the countries they represent.
